Love Yourself, Accept Yourself, Forgive Yourself

These are the words that are channeled through me via Archangel Ariel.

How is that possible you may ask yourself? There are things I am not satisfied with. I may want to lose that extra 10, 20 pounds. I may want to better my career. Make more money. Improve my social skills. Whatever your personal story is STOP! BREATH. RELAX. RIGHT NOW! THE TIME IS NOW TO LOVE YOU AND TAKE THE SEVEN DAY VALENTINE’S LOVE YOURSELF CHALLENGE! You owe it to yourself. Give yourself the best gift ever–the gift of self love.

The Angels welcome you and call you to invite them every day to assist you in your new journey. To help you be present, to help you love yourself.

“Welcome to today–to being present and honor your past journey! It is all a learning experience along to your divine path.” Channeled via Archangel Michael, who holds a mighty blue sword and every time an obstacle gets in your way, envision yourself holding that mighty blue sword, cutting all that doesn’t serve you away, cutting all the negative cords.

When one door closes, it makes room for more space for the new door to open. Welcome the new door. Welcome the changes. Changes are often difficult for some; but in the long run, change is awesome, it’s growth and renewal!

When you’re in an airplane, the instructions during the pre-flight are to put the oxygen mask on your face first so you can save yourself to save others. Before you can love others, you need to love yourself. Let’s start this love fest journey together. In order to receive and give divine love you must love yourself first.

THE TIME IS NOW TO LOVE YOU AND TAKE THE SEVEN DAY VALENTINE’S LOVE YOURSELF CHALLENGE!

Day 1. Love yourself.
Despite all the things that you think may be wrong with you, LOVE YOURSELF. BE PRESENT and love yourself. Envision it through your crown chakra, through your third eye, down to your solar plexus.

YOU ARE STRONG. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. YOU ARE AN ENLIGHTENED BEING.
Take a deep breath. CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SAY IT FIVE TIMES. THEN OPEN YOUR EYES. LOOK IN THE MIRROR. THEN REPEAT.

Talk to you inner child and ask what is stopping me from loving myself? What is causing the depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, anger that is stopping me from loving myself? Allow the answer to come from within. Explore it. Understand the why. Know that the WHY is limiting you. AND THEN LET IT GO! IT DOES NOT SERVE YOU!

Identify something about you that you may not adore and find a way to at least laugh at it or like it, even a little bit. Make lemonade out of lemons. You may have a crooked nose, a thick brow. (Remember Brooke Shields. Thick brows made her famous!) Everyone is unique. Honor your uniqueness.

What can you love about yourself today that you may have struggled with before? Everyone is unique. Honor your uniqueness.

Take a deep breath.

CLOSE YOUR EYES AND SAY FIVE TIMES: I LOVE ME. THEN OPEN YOUR EYES. LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SAY IT AGAIN FIVE TIMES: I LOVE ME! Take a breath.
Place your hands on your heart and say: I LOVE ME. You can do this! GIVE YOURSELF
A HEART HUG.

Here’s my challenge for you today: Take a picture of yourself and remember that in 10 years you will be amazed at how beautiful you were. Be amazed now at that beauty and breathe in all that beauty and love; that divine love that you are inside and out.

Day 2. Forgive yourself.
What can you forgive yourself for today? I forgive myself for not being perfect.

Ask yourself honestly, “What can I forgive myself for?”

Forgiveness is hard. You are forgiving for yourself, to move on. You are not forgetting. You are simply forgiving the other person so you can move on in your life. If you choose not to, it can cause dis-ease which can cause disease. Does that serve you? I think not. So, release it. Call in your Angels and ask them to help you release the anger and resentment. Sometimes it takes simply saying it aloud or writing it down to realize that you actually need to forgive. Burn what you forgive and send it to the universe. All is forgiven and you then have the freedom of forgiveness.

Here’s my challenge for you today: Who are you forgiving today? How does it feel? Journal about it. Then, burn it. Send it to the universe. Let it go. Let it flow–with ease and safety!

Day 3. Be good to yourself.
Do things that will inspire you daily. Grab your notepad and draw a list of things you can do today to make you feel inspired.

Ask your angels for guidance. Music, art, nature trails all are inspirational. What inspires you? What makes you smile? Keep adding to the list and inspire yourself. Forgive yourself if you skip a couple on your list, and love yourself no matter how long or short the list is and how much you accomplish on it.

Here’s my challenge for your today: Add one more thing to your list that will help you love yourself more. Perhaps you can choose to do something you have wanted to do for a long time and have put off. Take a class, join a gym, join a meet-up. Lots of things to do to get inspired and love yourself.

Day 4. Exercise
Let’s get physical! Take a walk, a hike, a swim, DANCE, a yoga class. Do something physical THAT YOU ENJOY! It’s great for the mind, body and soul!

Here’s my challenge for you today: Ask a friend to join you in one of your exercise activities. Buddy up. It’s motivating and fun. If you can’t find a friend, go somewhere where there are other people and join them. Parks, trails, pools, dance parties, yoga classes. Lots of choices.

Day 5. Find the humor in all today and just laugh
To err is human to forgive is divine–to learn from all is the purpose and to laugh about the mistakes is incredible. Laughing is good for the heart and soul.

Here’s my challenge for you today: Find the humor in all that goes wrong today. Breathe deep. Let it go. And laugh. Remember, if it doesn’t serve, you let it go. And laugh today!

Day 6. Feel Good Day
Enjoy a beautiful dinner with friends, stay up all night reading a book, go to a spa, Skype with dear friends, whatever makes you feel good, and the list goes on. Do something every single day that makes you feel good, whether it is changing your thought patterns or taking a RELAXING bath with Lavender Oil. Pleasure and joy are the goals for this day. Breathe it in and enjoy every blessed moment.

Here’s my challenge for you today: Be creative. Create an environment that will relax you and make you feel good all over today. Have that warm and fuzzy feeling all over your body today.

Day 7. Be Grateful
Every morning when you awake, when you take that first breath–be grateful. When you take that first step–be grateful. When you take that first bite of food–be grateful. Every night when you get into your bed, be grateful for the day. Be grateful for the little things, along with the amazing big things in your life that you are grateful for. All of these grateful experiences bring a smile, a hope, a joy.

Accept that you have these amazing things in your life to be grateful for–to celebrate, to enjoy each day, each moment, to fall in love with life and yourself!!

Breathe it in. Breath in the joy–the self love you deserve. Breathe out what does not serve you.

You are so many wonderful things. Remember what they are daily!

Here’s my challenge for you today and everyday: Keep making your feel good lists. Keep coming back to the love that is inherently yours. It is your birthright. It is your journey! Call you Angels in daily and ask for their guidance! They welcome you and love you.
